What You'll Do:

• Prepare and assemble patient meals safely and accurately for bedside service.
• Deliver a high-quality, friendly, and professional food service to patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Complete temperature checks, cleaning schedules and required records accurately.
• Ensure dietary requirements and special meal requests are communicated and followed correctly.
• Maintain clean, organised and safe working areas throughout each shift.
• Replenish refreshments, including drinking water for patients and coffee machines where required.
• Work closely with kitchen and ward teams to ensure meals are served efficiently, minimise waste and provide an excellent patient experience.

What You Bring:

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, visitors and colleagues.
• A strong understanding of the importance of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
• Attention to detail when following dietary requirements, procedures and completing records.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high standards.
• A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to support the wider team when needed.
• Reliability, professionalism and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• The ability to identify and report equipment issues, hazards or concerns promptly
