Patient Concierge & Front Desk - Healthcare Receptionist

Prenuvo in London is seeking a Patient Liaison to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will manage front desk duties, patient check-in, appointment coordination, and post-scan support in a fast-paced environment.

The role is 100% on-site, full-time, with weekend flexibility and potential non-traditional hours as needed. A background in healthcare customer service is preferred, with a focus on excellent patient experience.
