Patient Care Navigator - Part-Time Medical Receptionist (Maternity)

A local medical group is seeking a part-time Patient Care Navigator for maternity cover to assist in managing patient receptions effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, previous phone and reception experience, and a good command of spoken and written English. Previous NHS experience and familiarity with EMIS are preferred. The role requires team cooperation and is based in Bristol with flexible working hours, including early morning and occasional Saturday shifts.
