  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Resolving issues and complaints efficiently and thoughtfully
  • Supporting internal projects to improve systems, processes and patient experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to think clearly and solve problems independently
  • Confidence handling a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional, reliable and proactive approach

This role is suitable for candidates from a wide range of disciplines (e.g. humanities, sciences, psychology, business), provided you are comfortable working in a structured, operational environment.

Essential Requirements
  • Able to work on-site in NW4, 5 days per week
  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure
Desirable (but not required)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
