• Advise clients on patent strategy
• Respond to office actions from patent examiners
• Review competitor patents

The Successful Applicant

• Admitted as a lawyer/solicitor
• Must hold a valid practising certificate (either in the UK or another jurisdiction)
• Previous experience working as a Patent Attorney in a law firm.
