Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory within your section to ensure efficient operation.
• Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain an organised and clean workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Effectively communicate with your team and other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Contribute to menu development and bring creative ideas to the table, enhancing our culinary offerings.

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding dishes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a small team.
• Competence in managing stock and ordering within your section.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
