Join Our Team as a Pasty Production Technician!

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our Pasty Production Team here at Proper Cornish, the home of award winning Cornish pasties and savoury bakes loved across the UK!

Starting pay: £13.55 per hour

Enhanced rate: £16.94 per hour (for hours between 20:00-06:00 or over 37.5 per week)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 01:00-09:30 (with two 30 minute unpaid breaks). Start and finish times may occasionally vary, so we're looking for people who can be a little flexible when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Pasty Production Technician, you'll be part of the core team responsible for mass producing pastry used to make our famous Cornish pasties and other pastry products.

You'll:

• Operate and move large scale bakery equipment
• Follow set recipes and processes to ensure consistent quality
• Prepare and handle pastry in bulk, ready for our production lines
• Help keep everything running smoothly to meet daily targets

It's a hands on, fast paced, and active role, perfect for someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team and takes pride in doing a good job.
