Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald's, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime's, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Head Pastry Chef to join our team at Oswald's Club in Mayfair, leading the pastry departments of our two renowned restaurants.

- The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
- Lead the pastry team during service, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and calm environment
- Menu development, seasonal creations, and new pastry concepts.
- Maintain excellent organisation, stock rotation, and quality control.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior pastry chefs.
- Strong background in high end, luxury, or Michelin standard pastry kitchens, with proven experience in restaurant environments
- Lead the pastry team during service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and calm environment.
- Calm, organised, and proactive, with the ability to lead and inspire a small team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
