Our kitchen is now looking for an experienced Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our very successful brigade as we continue to grow. We are seeking candidates who are extremely passionate about food and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

The Pastry Junior Sous Chef will assume the responsibilities of the Pastry Sous Chef in their absence. The main responsibility is for the hot kitchen line: managing staff, ensuring food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently. The role also includes menu planning, ordering, and maintaining recipe and standard processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef or higher
• Experience with a similar cuisine
• Great English language communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards
• Drive and ambition to learn and grow within the team
• Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday
• Full ownership of the role
