We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef for a stunning boutique hotel and restaurant in Stadhampton. As part of an award winning kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality pastry elements across a seasonal menu, using exceptional ingredients including fresh local produce and premium seasonal fruits.

The role is based within the hotel's brand-new kitchen, working in a high quality environment where creativity, precision, and presentation are key.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar pastry or bakery focused role
• Strong technical knowledge of pastry, desserts, and baked goods
• Ability to consistently deliver high quality, well presented dishes
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysFull right to work in the UK
