What we expect from Pastry Chef:

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and presentation
Creativity
Exceptional service standards and attention to detail
Ability to work directly with the group pastry chef and maintain high levels of restaurant service and standards and offering outstanding detail in service to our customers
Excellent organisation and communication skills
