About the Role

COOK is seeking a Pastry Chef / Team Leader to join its Pastry & Pies kitchen in Sittingbourne. This role offers a permanent position with hours from Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm. COOK is a family-owned B Corp committed to sustainability, community, and exceptional food.

What We're Looking For

Ensure all ingredients meet exacting standards of freshness and quality
Prepare dishes with precise portion control and consistency
Collaborate with the Sous Chef on daily planning and service excellence
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Work collaboratively across sections to deliver efficient service in a busy kitchen
Previous experience as a chef, NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering)
