Position Details

• Role: Pastry Chef
• Salary: €36,000 per annum
• Location: Coastal resort (Ireland)
• Accommodation: Available
• Meals on Duty: Provided
• Full membership access to pool and leisure facilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
• Contribute to menu development with innovative and seasonal ideas
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert production
• Creative flair and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Passion for food and commitment to excellence
