About the Role: We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie for a prestigious luxury resort located in a stunning coastal area. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute a range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for the resort's dining outlets and events.
• Ensure all items are presented to the highest standard and meet strict quality control.
• Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef and the team to develop new menu items and creative pastry concepts.
• Assist in leading and mentoring junior pastry chefs in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage pastry inventory and communicate supply needs with the team.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, ideally in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in food presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
