Location: Halewood, Knowsley
Pay: £107.71-£115.00 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday Full-time/Part-time
Start Date: ASAP

Milk Education is looking for a Pastoral Support Mentor to join an inclusive secondary school in Halewood. This is a rewarding role where you'll help students build confidence, resilience, and engagement with their education.

What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1 and small group pastoral support
  • Help students develop emotional regulation and coping strategies
  • Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence and self-belief
  • De-escalate challenging situations calmly and consistently
  • Support pupils during lessons, transitions, and unstructured times
  • Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and safeguarding leads
  • Monitor student wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement

This role is ideal if you have experience in SEMH, youth work, mentoring, care, or alternative provision.
