Veritas Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Officer to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from February half term.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour, and contributing to a safe and supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with secondary-aged students, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

The Role Includes:

• Providing day-to-day pastoral support to students
• Managing behaviour and attendance concerns
• Working closely with Heads of Year and safeguarding teams
• Supporting student wellbeing and personal development
• Maintaining accurate pastoral records and reports
• Communicating with parents/carers and external agencies when required
