Pastoral Mentor for ESOL Students - Empower Young Learners

Kirklees Council is seeking a Pastoral Mentor for Huddersfield to support ESOL students aged 16-18, delivering pastoral interventions and monitoring wellbeing and progress. The role is part-time (22.2 hours/week, 38 weeks) with a salary of £15,090-£15,860.

You will work closely with safeguarding teams and curriculum staff to enable students to engage and succeed. The role emphasizes empathy, resilience and effective communication within a diverse student body, with DBS checks and flexible staff
