Pastoral Manager

As our School Pastoral Manager you will work closely with the Headteacher, SENDCOs and teaching staff to oversee and be responsible for their welfare, promote positive behaviour, attendance, attitude to learning and enjoyment of school.

In this role you will:

• Lead safeguarding across the school as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust systems and best practice.
• Oversee behaviour, attendance and pastoral support implementing effective interventions and strategies.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families and external agencies.
