South Hampstead High School, part of the GDST, invites an experienced Assistant Head - Pastoral to join the Senior Leadership Team in London. You will oversee pastoral care for Years 7-11, support Heads of Year, and contribute to safeguarding, data-informed strategy, and a broad pastoral curriculum.

The role combines strategic planning with visible hands-on leadership, including a teaching timetable and resilience in complex student situations. A fixed-term path toward Deputy Headship may emerge.
