Pastoral Lead: Attendance & Wellbeing Champion (Flexible Work)

Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Lead to join our busy pastoral team. You will support the Head of Year, drive attendance, punctuality and ensure students are prepared to learn, with a focus on building strong links with families and safeguarding student wellbeing.

You will be a visible, approachable presence, managing incidents of poor behaviour and liaising with parents to reinforce school values.
