Job Description
Oak Grove College in Worthing is seeking a Lead Pastoral Officer to support students, families and staff with holistic wellbeing. You will lead a pastoral team, chair meetings, and deliver PRICE training to the college community.
Strong relationship building, mental health support and behaviour planning are essential, along with the ability to act as duty manager and coordinate across the campus. The role is permanent, term-time plus two weeks, with fixed hours.
