Pastoral Care Lead - Student Wellbeing & Safeguarding

Just Teachers Ltd is assisting a lively and inclusive secondary school in Bradford to appoint a Pastoral Manager on a full-time basis from September 2026. The role focuses on student welfare, wellbeing, and creating a safe environment where learners can thrive.

You will lead pastoral care across the school, support attendance and behaviour, and liaise with parents and external agencies. A proactive, discreet communicator with safeguarding knowledge is essential to help remove barriers to
