Pastoral & Wellbeing Officer (Term-Time)

The King Alfred School in Highbridge, Somerset, is seeking a Pastoral Support Officer to join our team. You will support pastoral leads and Heads of Year to foster a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment, acting as a visible point of contact for students, staff and families.

Key duties include reviewing student concerns, supporting vulnerable pupils, and coordinating with safeguarding and attendance teams.
