Pastoral & Wellbeing Lead

Arc School Ansley, part of Kedleston Group, is seeking a dedicated Pastoral and Behaviour Lead to support pupils, families and staff in maintaining high standards of behaviour and attendance. You will contribute to wellbeing, engage with parents, and help implement targeted interventions within a caring school community.
