Newcastle Baptist Church (Staffordshire) in Newcastle-under-Lyme invites a full-time minister to lead our diverse fellowship of around 200 adults, children and young people. The role centers on strong preaching, pastoral care, and enabling lay participation across church life.

You will work with a devoted ministry team to grow cross-cultural friendships, deepen community outreach, and strengthen links with local workplaces and neighbourhoods.
