An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Passive Fire Manager or a commercially minded professional with a passive fire background looking to step into a Passive Fire Manager position with a business with exciting growth plans.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in passive fire protection who has experience pricing works, delivering contracts, developing client relationships, managing projects and identifying new opportunities. An existing client base would be a significant advantage.

This Passive Fire Manager opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of the complete project lifecycle while helping to drive business growth across the UK.

Responsibilities

As a Passive Fire Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Winning new work and developing long-term client relationships
• Pricing and estimating passive fire projects
• Procurement of materials
• Commercial management throughout delivery
• Coordinating projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Managing handovers, invoicing and final accounts
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

What We're Looking For

• Background within passive fire protection
• Experience pricing and estimating works
• Commercial awareness and project delivery experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Existing client contacts would be highly beneficial
