Manchester (UK-based)
£50,000 - £65,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Passive Fire Contracts Manager to join our growing team based in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage passive fire protection projects from start to completion
• Ensure all works comply with industry regulations and safety standards
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project timelines
• Maintain quality control and compliance with FIRAS accreditation standards
• Liaise with clients, surveyors, and internal teams
• Produce reports, documentation, and project updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in passive fire protection and contracts management
• Relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection (minimum)
• Strong knowledge of fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation
• Familiarity with FIRAS or similar certification schemes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
