Passenger Transport Operations Lead

Essential Employment is recruiting a Passenger Fleet Supervisor for Barnet on a permanent basis. The role involves day-to-day supervision across early and late shifts, coordinating drivers, passenger assistants and vehicles to keep services running smoothly.

You will monitor performance, maintain safety and safeguarding standards, conduct vehicle and contractor checks, and contribute to cost-effective, well-organised transport while communicating with schools, families and service commissioners.
