What We Offer

• Compensation: £30,000 - £32,000 Basic + Monthly Profit Bonus
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:00 or 17:30) + Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota (08:00 to 12:00)

The Role

In this integral aftersales role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing & Supply: Handling parts inquiries for both workshop technicians and over-the-counter retail customers, sourcing components from OEM and aftermarket networks.
• Inventory & Admin: Maintaining precise stock levels, managing inventory audits, and processing invoices, purchase orders, and parts returns accurately.
• Trade Engagement: Fostering strong connections with trade clients and suppliers to streamline parts availability and maintain workshop efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor.
• Solid understanding of vehicle components, parts cataloguing, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Clear communication skills and a valid UK driving licence are preferred.
