Job Description
Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor - Bicester

Location: Bicester

Salary: Up to £32,000 + bonus

OTE: Up to £35,000

Hours: 44 hours per week average Monday to Friday, rotating shifts of 7:00am-4:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am-12:00pm

Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor Role
  • Supply the correct commercial vehicle parts and sundries to workshop Technicians
  • Support retail customers face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Order parts accurately and monitor outstanding orders
  • Keep Technicians and customers updated on parts availability and delivery times
  • Work closely with the workshop to support efficient vehicle repairs
  • Manage parts enquiries and identify suitable components
  • Maintain an organised, efficient parts operation
Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor Requirements
  • Previous experience within the commercial vehicle parts industry
  • Relevant qualification or proven technical experience
  • Good knowledge and genuine interest in commercial vehicles
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple requirements
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a flexible approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a busy Parts and Aftersales team
  • UK based with the right to work in the UK
