Parts Advisor

Swansway Motor Group is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team based in our thriving dealership. As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that all parts related enquiries are expertly handled, supporting both customers and our aftersales team to maintain the seamless operation of our dealership.

In your new role as a Parts Advisor, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient processing of all parts orders and maintaining accurate stock records. Key responsibilities include:

• Efficiently managing external sales enquiries for parts and supporting the aftersales team with necessary components.
• Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with external parts suppliers to ensure quality and timely availability of parts.
• Ensuring smooth day to day operations by adhering to company policies and maintaining comprehensive stock purchase records.
• Upselling related products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
• Accurately completing all required administrative tasks and promptly addressing any stock discrepancies with the Aftersales Manager.
