What you'll be doing

• This isn't just a desk job - it's fast paced, hands on, and varied.
• Be the go to person for parts - supporting workshops, trade customers and the public.
• Handle enquiries across phone, email and trade counter.
• Process orders quickly and accurately - keeping things moving.
• Proactively help customers find the right parts (and spot opportunities to add value).

Manage stock - from ordering and receiving to storage and despatch

• Keep systems up to date and accurate.
• Carry out stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with the wider team to keep service levels high.
• Keep your workspace organised, safe and efficient.
