We're currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in the Basingstoke area.

The Package

• £30,000 basic salary
• OTE circa £33,000
• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am - 1:00pm
• Permanent, full-time position

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring both retail and trade customers receive the right parts efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and supplying correct parts to customers
• Supporting both retail and trade enquiries
• Assisting with goods in, stock control, and warehouse duties
• Receiving, checking, and allocating parts and consumables
• Supporting stock checks and maintaining accurate records
• Promoting relevant offers and upselling where appropriate
• Building strong relationships with internal departments and suppliers

About You

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
• Confident using dealer management systems (experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Customer-focused and professional at all times
