Parts Advisor

T H WHITE Ltd is recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts team in Marlborough.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:30 pm

Key Duties will Include:

• Serving agricultural and construction customers in person and by phone
• Supporting engineers with parts and technical help
• Ordering parts
• Stock input and control
• Other duties related to keeping the business operating effectively
• Be part of a weekend working rota

The Ideal Applicant:

• You will be a team player
• You will have the ability to work under pressure and flexible to quickly change between tasks
• You will be committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions to challenging problems
• You will be confident to upsell to bring in additional parts business
• You will be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Previous agricultural and/or Construction parts knowledge is advantageous
• Clean UK Driving Licence
