Partner Manager - B2B SaaS / Capital Market Solutions


2 offices in The Netherlands (Hybrid - 3 days a week)

Up to 70K base salary + 30% bonus on top

About the role


As a Partner Manager, your mission is to develop and scale a high-performing reseller network across the Benelux region. You'll identify, recruit, and activate partnerships with resellers, law firms, consultancy firms, and tech companies to expand market reach and drive new revenue.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-growing SaaS division, ideal for a self-starter with a proven ability to build strategic partnerships and execute business development initiatives. You'll be supported by robust marketing and automation tools, but your success will come from proactive outreach, relationship building, and closing results-driven deals.


What you'll do


  • Develop and execute a partner acquisition strategy across Benelux
  • Identify and onboard new resellers and referral partners
  • Build strategic relationships with law firms, consultancies, and tech companies
  • Negotiate and close partner agreements that drive revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partner enablement and success
  • Manage partner activities and documentation using HubSpot
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a quota-carrying role


What you bring


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner or channel sales
  • Proven track record of building and managing a partner network
  • Ability to close deals and translate partnerships into revenue
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for documentation and pipeline management
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required
