The Role

As our Partnerships and Bid Manager, you'll take the lead on our NHS tendering and partnership activities, identifying opportunities, crafting compelling bids, and driving successful outcomes. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation to produce high quality, competitive submissions that reflect our values and expertise. Your work will play a vital role in shaping KT Healthcare's continued growth and ensuring that more individuals can access the support they need.

Responsibilities

• Lead NHS tendering and partnership activities, identifying opportunities and crafting bids.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to produce high quality, competitive submissions.
• Drive successful outcomes in bids and partnership agreements.

Qualifications / Experience

• Proven experience leading successful tender submissions.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, ideally within the NHS.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• The ability to identify and act swiftly on new opportunities.
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare services.
• Ideally a strong understanding of neuro development, particularly autism and ADHD assessment.
