Join our Team as a Partner Support Advisor! Location: Brockworth Salary: £25,100 Per Annum Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:30 About the role:

You'll be on the front line of our Partner Operations Help Desks, offering guidance, support, and technical know-how that keeps things running smoothly. Your knack for building trust and delivering outstanding service will make you a key contributor to the success of Onecom Partners.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and quick to pick up new systems
• Comfortable using computers in a fast-paced setting
• Capable of problem-solving with confidence
• Technical aptitude or experience in telecoms is a bonus
• Able to build rapport and support partners with empathy and professionalism

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partner relationships through daily interactions
• Provide technical support across Data connectivity, VoIP, and Mobile telephony
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate where necessary
• Represent the Partner Operations Help Desks with confidence and care
• Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment
