Partner- Private Client

Exceptional opportunity for a Private Client Partner to join an award-winning law firm, heading up their highly successful Private Client team based in Glasgow- hybrid-working is also available.

Role Profile:

• Management and supervision of solicitors and support staff within the team and you will play an active role in business development in an already expanding department.
• You will be expected to innovate in relation to working practices to improve efficiency and adopt new technology as appropriate.
• The Private Client team undertake all aspects of private client work including wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts, estate planning and cost of care advice. You will focus on delivering quality legal advice to clients across the spectrum of private client work.

Candidate Requirements:

• Scottish Qualified Lawyer with circa 10+ PQE and a strong background in Private Client Law.
• Partner level.
• Legal Directors seeking a lateral move to Partner are also invited to apply.
• Ideally you will be STEP qualified.
• Experience of managing a team.
• Comfortable working with complex cases, be hard working, approachable, enthusiastic, bright and cheerful, someone who can build a good rapport with staff and clients and prepared to take responsibility for their own caseload while contributing to the success of the team.
