About the Role:
As an experienced Partner Enterprise Sales Executive, you will create and sell value, forging your own path. You will have the flexibility to engage with and drive business in segments that excite you, selling our core products supported by a robust software platform. You will collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and win business!
Here's what you'll do:
- Identify and create value with partners for large enterprise customers
- Own and drive customer engagement
- Engage at C-level with customers and partners, managing relationships from initial contact to contract signing and beyond
- Prospect with a 'hunter' mentality via phone, internet, fieldwork, referrals, and industry networking
- Independently identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Conduct initial discovery with customers via phone and email
- Facilitate face-to-face meetings, present proposals, and close business via phone, Zoom, or in person (when possible)
- Collaborate internally on pricing strategy and account implementation plans
- Establish credit terms aligned with company goals
- Manage sales funnel information for prospective customers
- Sell AMCS core platform services
- Review weekly/monthly sales activities with management
- Engage in self-development and training opportunities
- Report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales
Here's what you'll need:
- 10+ years of sales success in a quota-carrying role
- Fluency in English is essential
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience with disruptive, transformative technologies
- Ability to travel as needed
- College degree in business, engineering, logistics, or equivalent
- Experience in sales development or high outbound sales roles at the executive level
- Understanding of business management and operations
- Tech-savvy with a consultative customer approach
- Strong communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Growth mindset focused on customer success
- Critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Valuing diversity and inclusion in the workplace
