Partner Development Leader - Leadership & Growth Strategy

BDO UK LLP is seeking a Head of Partner Development to lead firmwide leadership programmes, shaping strategic direction and elevating partner capability across the organisation. You will collaborate with Directors, Partners and senior stakeholders, driving initiatives, assessments and continuous improvement in leadership delivery.

You will manage a specialist team, align activity with firm strategy and culture, and incorporate new technologies to enhance delivery and measurable impact across the
