We are interested in speaking with experienced Family Law Partners who enjoy leading people as much as leading cases and who want to play a meaningful role in shaping the direction of a firm. The role is based across our London offices.

This is a senior position with a strong leadership focus. Alongside managing your own caseload and meeting (and exceeding) fee targets, you'll be a visible leader within the practice - set standards, support colleagues, and help build a positive, high-performing team. You'll be involved in planning and attending partnership and strategy meetings, contributing ideas, and helping turn them into action.

We're looking for someone who will bring:

• A strong and established referral network, with the confidence and enthusiasm to grow it further
• Proven experience leading and developing others
• The ability to manage a substantial caseload while supporting team performance
• A collaborative, positive leadership style
• Clear, proactive communication across the firm
• A professional and commercial approach to compliance (SRA, Lexcel and internal processes)
