Part-Time Welcome Host: Customer Service & Safety

Greater Anglia is seeking a Welcome Host at Thorpe-le-Soken Station. You will be the friendly face, delivering effective customer service while helping passengers travel safely and smoothly.

The role is permanent part-time, averaging 25 hours per week across five days, with two alternating afternoon shifts (12:00-17:00 and 16:30-21:30). Salary is £28,768-£29,757 per year (full-time equivalent); actual pay will be pro rata based on part-time hours.
