Part Time Viewing Assistant

Part-time opportunity for a Property Viewings Assistant to conduct property viewings, support buyers, and present homes effectively while delivering high levels of customer service particularly across weekends and other flexible hours.

This position involves meeting prospective buyers and tenants, conducting property viewings, and ensuring each property is presented in the best possible way.

The role would suit someone local, personable, and confident dealing with the public, with availability to work weekends being essential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Meeting and greeting applicants at properties
• Conducting viewings and showcasing properties effectively
• Providing accurate information about properties and the local area
• Ensuring properties are presented to a high standard during viewings
• Gathering and relaying feedback to the office team
• Supporting the sales and lettings teams with applicant enquiries
• Maintaining a professional and friendly approach at all times
• Managing viewing schedules and arriving promptly for appointments

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)

• Previous customer-facing experience essential (property experience beneficial)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well presented with a professional manner
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Confident dealing with a variety of people
• Good local knowledge of the Rainham area preferred
• Self motivated with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car essential
• Availability to work weekends
