Part-Time Vehicle Examiner Taxi & PHV Licensing

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Vehicle Examiner to join Murrayburn Depot in Edinburgh. You will carry out Fitness For Use checks and DVSA standard inspections on taxis and private hire vehicles for several councils, recording results and issuing certificates.

You will need a clean driving licence, City & Guilds Level Three or equivalent, and a DVSA MOT Tester Certificate (Class IV) or obtain within six months.
