Part-Time Support Worker & PA for Independence

Independent Lives in Burgess Hill is seeking a dynamic support worker/personal assistant to help a 23-year-old with CVI build skills, confidence and independence. The role involves home tasks, meals, budgeting, transport planning and accompanying him on social activities.

You will work on personal care, reminders, and engage in stimulating conversations about his interests. Must be reliable, patient and able to read English to a reasonable standard.
