Job Overview

A Part Time/Relief Support Worker will provide personal care, dressing assistance, meal preparation, and medication management for a 33 year old autistic gentleman who has epilepsy and is on the autism spectrum. The role supports him in becoming more independent in life skills and encourages community participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide 8.00 am - 5.00 pm 2 1 support, along with evening and night shift coverage.
• Cover holiday and respite periods as required.

Requirements

• 1 year of support work experience (preferred).
• Valid DBS check.
• Driving licence preferred.

Benefits

• Part time hours: 18 permanent hours; relief position available.
