Part-Time Strategic HR & Recruitment Lead

Macmillan Davies partners with a UK technology company to recruit an experienced HR and Recruitment Manager on a part-time basis in Borehamwood. The role supports circa 50 UK employees and reports to the Managing Director and senior leadership.

The position is office-based with Wednesdays on-site required, approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility up to 18-20 hours. Work can be split across two full days or four shorter days, offering SME-friendly HR leadership.
