Co-op Digital in Belfast is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations on your shift, coach a small team, and ensure excellent service on the shop floor. You'll support merchandising, stock accuracy, and member engagement with the Co-op membership scheme.

The role is part-time (12 hours per week) with regular overtime, including weekend shifts. A passion for people and flexible, hands-on leadership are essential for success.
