Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Formby to head a small store team on a part-time basis. You'll manage day-to-day operations, help keep shelves stocked, and champion Co-op membership while engaging with the local community.

You'll lead by example on shifts, coach staff, and ensure excellent service across tills and floor operations, with responsibilities including merchandising, stock checks, and community involvement.
