Part-Time Store Team Leader - Bakery & Community

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Barnard Castle to help manage day-to-day store operations. The role involves leading a small team on various shifts, including mornings and evenings, with at least one weekend shift.

You'll assist on tills and in the in-store bakery, while driving stock accuracy and customer service. Located in Middleton in Teesdale area, the role offers part-time hours with regular overtime and a strong emphasis on member discounts and community engagement.
